Tell us about your family — how many adults and children, their ages, interests, dietary needs, and travel style. This powers everything from destination rankings to packing lists to age-appropriate activity suggestions. Your family size is used to calculate accurate cost estimates for every activity.
💡 Tip: Update your profile anytime from Settings. Changes immediately affect all recommendations and cost calculations.
Browse destinations across 12 Florida regions. Each destination includes detailed guides on sights, dining, culture, transit, and seasonal events. Filter by region or interest tags. When you are signed in, destinations automatically sort by how well they match your family's interests.
💡 Tip: Look for the "✨ interest matches" badge on destination cards — those are personalized to your profile.
Each destination page has tabbed sections: Overview with key stats, Sights with detailed guides and booking links, Dining filtered by cuisine and dietary needs, Culture with local phrases and etiquette, and Tips with insider planning advice. Expand any sight card for full details including history, visiting tips, accessibility info, and age recommendations.
💡 Tip: The duration, cost, and age badges on each sight help you quickly assess if it's right for your family.
When you find a sight, restaurant, or experience you want to include, tap "Add to Trip." Choose an existing trip or create a new one. The item goes into your unassigned activity pool — a staging area where you collect everything before scheduling. You can add items from multiple destinations to the same trip.
💡 Tip: Think of the activity pool as your wish list. Collect first, schedule later.
In the Trip Planner, assign activities from your pool to specific days using the day buttons. Then switch to Daily View to fine-tune timing on the hourly grid. Drag activities to reposition them, pull the top or bottom edges to adjust duration, and tap any activity to edit details, move it to a different day, or return it to the pool.
💡 Tip: On mobile, hold an activity for a moment before dragging. A quick tap opens the editor instead.
Once you have two or more activities with locations on the same day, tap "Update Drives" to automatically calculate and insert commute blocks between them. Drive times are calculated using real road data. Commute blocks automatically position themselves after the preceding activity and nudge the next one forward if there's a time conflict. You can also add manual drive time blocks from Quick Add.
💡 Tip: Dining locations are included in drive time calculations too — not just sights.
Activity costs are automatically multiplied by your family size. Tap the cost display in the trip header to open the full breakdown where you can manually enter lodging, airfare, and fuel costs to see the complete trip estimate. The Trip Overview shows per-day cost summaries across your entire trip.
💡 Tip: Costs show the venue's per-person price multiplied by every member of your family profile.
Switch to the Packing List tab in your trip to see an auto-generated checklist based on your planned activities. Beach day? Sunscreen, towels, and water shoes. Theme park? Comfortable shoes, rain poncho, and portable charger. Items are tailored to your children's ages — swim diapers for toddlers, tablets for older kids. Check items off as you pack and your progress is saved.
💡 Tip: The packing list updates automatically as you add or remove activities from your trip.
Once your trip has dates and is marked as Planned or Confirmed, a countdown appears on your Planner page with a visual progress ring and daily preparation tasks. From "Book restaurant reservations" at 21 days out to "Charge all devices" the day before — we help you arrive prepared and stress-free.
💡 Tip: Change your trip status from Draft to Planned or Confirmed to activate the countdown.
